Molly Had Attitude

Molly had attitude. She could handle just about any situation and come out of it like a trooper. Some days were tougher then others but she sure could put on a good front.

 

There were days when the only thing Molly had was attitude. There was no happiness, no sadness, no real feeling at all. She was never really sure why these kind of days happened, but when they did, Molly would flip the world off and tell it to go to hell.

 

Molly kept things close to her heart. Like the time she was waiting on the corner. Waiting for the girls who said they would meet her there at 4 o'clock. At 5 o'clock Molly knew they weren't coming. It hurt Molly but she straightened her back and started walking. There wasn't anyone she wanted to hang out with anyway in this stupid place. Attitude. Plain and simple. It got you through feeling ignored or hurt.

 

Molly could single-handedly deal with just about everything … except being alone.
