Eat More Protein

“Eat more protein”I told her and I would wait for the eye rolling that would come after.“Eat more protein”,

“Eat more protein”,“Eat more protein”.

The national anthem had been changed to“I Will Survive”, (thank you Gloria Gaynor...who knew, right?) and folks were just plain tired of hearing “Eat more protein”.

There were herds of protein out there. Four legged and two legged and the very best were those that were vegetarians.
